Windy Scandinavia is a bespoke builder of high-end retail boats and professional yacht tenders. Our production and HQ is located in Västervik Sweden. We are looking for an Engineer to improve our flow rate on one of our new production models.

This is a 12-month project position.

Qualifications: Previous experience of improving production flows in high tech & complex labour-intensive handcraft production is necessary.

Windy has its head office in Västervik Sweden, located on the Baltic Coast, just three hours south of the capital Stockholm. Here we have centralised design, purchasing and sales. In Sweden we build the SR Chase Boats & Yacht Tenders. Our operations engage almost 200 people, and we have a turnover of approximately SEK 450 million.
