Marine Service Coordinator Västervik Sweden
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Marine Service Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact in the yard for vessel owners, managing all email communications, and meticulously planning and scheduling service appointments for our clients' boats. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a marine environment.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Client Communication. Serve as the first point of contact for vessel owners, responding to all email inquiries in a timely, professional and helpful manner.
Clearly communicate service options, timelines, and pricing to clients
Maintain detailed and accurate client records and communication histories.
Service Booking & Scheduling. Plan, coordinate, organise materials, and schedule all service trips and yard visits for vessels in an efficient manner.
Liaise with our technical teams (e.g., mechanics, electricians, detailers) to allocate resources and schedule work efficiently.
Send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to clients.
Administrative Support. Prepare quotes, work orders and invoices related to services performed
Maintain a database for warranty works and vessel information including service history
Prepare Owners manual and ensure that the information is correctly recorded for each owners vessel.
